WBC develops activities in the area of International Business focused on the prospection of business and the market, aiming to identify investments opportunity in the shape of capital investment or associations in order to set up a new company, joint venture, fusion or a simple relation of representation or distribution, establishing contacts and providing the necessary assistance for the smooth conduct of developed business, facilitating and providing the necessary ways for that small and medium companies can receive their partners or foreign investment in the same way, for companies and foreign investors interested in investing in Brazil.

WBC activities in the area of International Business are focused on the necessary channels' flattening for that small and medium companies that have the necessary profile and potential, are able to receive partners and/or external investments. WBC also realizes business with companies and foreign investors interested in investing in Brazil, and that, in the same way, does not have the necessary channels access.

WBC develops prospection activities of business and market, aiming to identify investments opportunity in the shape of capital investment or associations in order to set up a new company, joint venture, fusion or a simple relation of representation or distribution, establishing contacts and providing the necessary assistance for the smooth conduct of developed business. WBC's Services consists of three steps:

• Brazilian Company's preparation in the rules adjustment of international business, including a presentation dossier.

• Presentation of the company in the international market, including annual presentations during the Global Business Forum (GBF) in Hannover, Germany, considered the most important generator center of business nowadays as well as the reality of the globalized economy.

• Negotiating advising as well as legal in the phase of closing business and investments contracts, joint-venture, society, distribution and others, being that this advising is extensible after signing the contract.
